Charles Cara
Charles Cara transformed a small parking lot business into a thriving real estate venture in Dumbo, an area that was largely overlooked at the time. With a clear vision, he revitalized old factory buildings, converting them into spacious multifamily residences that breathe new life into the neighborhood. Notably, he received the first Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) in Dumbo, marking a significant milestone in the area's redevelopment. His commitment to innovation and community development has made a lasting impact, showcasing the potential of urban renewal.

Justin Cara
Justin Cara is actively following in his fathers's footsteps assisting in the daily management of the properties. He is also at the forefront of new acquisitions, ensuring the company's growth and success. Additionally, Justin is leading the office towards further development, having received a Developer Certificate from NYU. His commitment to excellence and innovation is evident in every aspect of his work.

Kristin Knief
Kristin, a graduate of Cardozo Law School, serves as the company’s legal representation. She specializes in all areas of real estate law, including property transactions, zoning, contracts, and leasing. Her expertise in both residential and commercial real estate makes her a key asset in navigating the legal complexities of property management.
